Note: All classes start at the top of the hour, so please arrive 10 mins early. No admittance into the cycling room is allowed 5 minutes after class start time. Bring your own SPD-compatible shoes if you have them, or we’ll provide them for you at a $2 charge. Lastly, our lockers are available to secure any valuables you have during class, but be sure to provide your own lock and don’t forget to take it with you when you leave.
